§1 General principles
Using the Website does not require providing personal data, unless the User intends to purchase a product, send an inquiry or agree to receive the newsletter.
Providing personal data by the User is always his voluntary decision. However, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data may prevent the provision of electronic services.

The administrator protects personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, loss, alteration, damage or destruction, and also processes the data entrusted to him based on the law. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 para. 1 lit. b Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
When using the Website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to your computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, type of browser, access time, type of operating system.
Navigation data may also be collected from Users, including information about links and references in which they decide to click or other activities undertaken on the Website.
§2 Rules for the processing of personal data
In the case of a User conducting business activity, the following data will be processed:
the company under which the enterprise operates, including the legal form,
e-mail address (e-mail).
In the case of a private person who does not run a business:
first name and last name
e-mail address (e-mail).
Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent given by the User of the page when using the contact form on the Website. in the scope of implementation of services provided electronically via the Website and answering the inquiry in the contact form. to provide information about the current offer, promotions, services, and to send the newsletter, provided that the User agrees to receive marketing information, including commercial information, by electronic means.
The User has the right to access, control and verify the data processed concerning him and to obtain information about the purpose, scope and method of processing the data contained in the set and request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporarily or permanently suspending their processing, deleting data, requesting cessation processing personal data based on art. 32 section 1 point 7 of the Act on the protection of personal data or objection pursuant to Art. 32 section 1 point 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

§3 Basic User Rights
request access to Personal Data; the data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning him are being processed, and if this is the case, he is entitled to access it. The administrator will provide a copy of the User’s Personal Data subject to processing upon request. The Administrator may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for any subsequent copies requested by users,
rectification of Personal Data; Users have the right to rectify Personal Data that relates to them and which is incorrect. Taking into account the purposes of processing, they have the right to request supplementing incomplete Personal Data, including by submitting an additional statement,
deletion of Personal Data (“right to be forgotten”); Users have the right to request, if circumstances provided for by law arise, to immediately delete Personal Data concerning them, and the Administrator is obliged to delete such Personal Data without undue delay,
restrictions on the processing of users’ Personal Data; in such a case, the Administrator will indicate such Personal Data at the user’s request, and their processing may be limited only to specific purposes,
